Northern Health has listed the second school in the authority with potential COVID-19 exposure.
On its exposure alert website, Northern Health says Quesnel Junior Secondary School has had possiable COVID-19 exposure. The exposure date is Sept. 10 to 11.
There has been no official correspondance on the school's website or via School District 28.
École Frank Ross Elementary in Dawson Creek was reported yesterday as the first school in the northern region with potenttional COVID-19 exposure.
As of publication, there have been 244 recorded COVID-19 cases in Northern Health. Currently, there are 36 active including seven hospitalized and four in ICU.
There remains only one death in the region to date.
