- Kimberly Nicole Marie Parsey (born 1987) was sentenced to one year probation for theft $5,000 or under, prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, and sentenced to time served for resisting arrest and to zero days for breaching a release order. Parsey was in custody for 11 days prior to sentencing.
