Two pets were among those that survived a house fire Thursday night (March 7) west of Prince George.
Around 5:20 p.m.,13 firefighters from three different local halls responded to reports of a modular home fire at 8474 Bunce Road in the Vanway area with flames coming out the back.
When crews arrived, they attacked the flames from the inside and quickly put out the fire.
They helped evacuate all residents and two pets and provided medical aid; there were also no injuries to fire personnel.
The incident is now under investigation and Prince George firefighters have not released a damage estimate.
