The grand prize for this year's Hospice Dream Home lottery is now open for viewing.
Located at 3445 Munro Way in University Heights, it is custom built by Toor Enterprises and features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a basement with a separate entrance.
Five appliances are included (washer, dryer, fridge, stove and dishwasher) from City Furniture valued at $8,100, and is furnished by Ashley’s Furniture to the tune of $16,400, for a total value of $824,500.
In all, 13,999 tickets are up for sale at $125 each with 100 per cent of the proceeds going to the Prince George Hospice Palliative Care Society.
Leading up to the grand prize draw on December 1, there will be four early-bird draws, July 20, September 28, October 26, and November 23.
And there will be two 50-50 draws with a chance to win up to $150,000 each time. Those tickets are $25 each with the first draw schedule for August 31 and the date for the second to be announced later. Proceeds from those draws will also go to the PGHPCS
