The Hospice Thrift Store will be hosting a grand opening of its new location at 7086 Domano Blvd. on Saturday, June 17.
The event takes place all day and a local food truck will also be on-site serving up food and beverages and there will also be prize giveaways.
“The store's dedicated team looks forward to welcoming everyone and expressing their gratitude for the ongoing support that allows them to continue providing compassionate care and services to those in need,” said the society.
The Hospice Thrift Store is a non-profit dedicated to supporting hospice care and providing essential resources for individuals and families facing end-of-life journeys.
With the help of generous donations from the community, the store offers a wide range of high-quality, gently-used items at affordable prices. All proceeds directly contribute to the vital services and programs offered by the Prince George Hospice Palliative Care Society.
Prince George Hospice’s Worth Repeating Resale Shop in the Tabour Plaza will also remain open.
