Mounties in Prince George are seeking two suspects from a home invasion on March 13.
Police say just before 5 a.m., Prince George RCMP received a report of a home invasion at a Columbia Road home, off Sintich Road, just south of Prince George city limits.
Initial indications were two adult residents were shaken up but not harmed; the suspects fled before police arrived.
Cell phones, a purse, and other items were taken.
In a release, Cpl. Craig Douglass says a second suspect has yet to be identified, but the investigation has led to charges being approved by the BC Prosecution Service against 29-year-old Bradley Andre Ouelette of Prince George:
- Robbery with a Firearm
- Break & Enter to Commit Robbery
- Utter Threats to Cause Bodily Harm
- Utter Threats to Damage Property
- Recklessly Discharging a Firearm
- Mischief Under $5,000
- Theft Under $5,000 (Two counts)
- Using a Firearm to Commit an Offence
- Pointing a Firearm
- Possession of a Firearm without being the Holder of a Licence
- Possession of a Firearm while Prohibited
- Assault with a Weapon
Ouelette has not been found by police and an arrest warrant has been issued.
He is described as:
- First nations
- 160 cm (5'3")
- 50 kg (111 pounds)
- Brown eyes
- Brown hair
- Scar around his right eye and tattoos on his arm
Ouelette is considered violent and should not be approached. If you see him, you are asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.
