Prince George RCMP is hosting the BC RCMP Recruiting Team for a career information session on Friday, Jan. 26 at 7:30 p.m. at the local detachment.
This information session provides the chance to hear first-hand from recruiters about career opportunities with the RCMP.
Information provided includes what the recruiting process looks like, the requirements and expectations for applying and how to prepare for each stage.
“Joining the RCMP has proved to be a very rewarding experience for my personal and professional growth,” Cst. Praban Basra, Frontline Police Officer, Prince George RCMP, said.
“I have always looked forward to becoming a police officer and I am glad I was able to join this organization because the opportunities are truly endless. I believe that Policing is a challenging journey and will require your best, but it’s also extremely fulfilling and is a dream come true.”
Prince George RCMP Detachment is located at 455 Victoria Street. The event is presented in English and will be one hour.
