Prince George RCMP vehicle lit on fire

Shortly after 4:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 17, officers responded to a police vehicle on fire near the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Vancouver Street.

Police are investigating an early morning arson outside the Prince George detachment.

Shortly after 4:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 17, officers responded to a police vehicle on fire near the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Vancouver Street. Prince George Fire Services also attended to assist in putting the blaze out. At the time of the fire, the vehicle was unoccupied.

Investigators have determined that the fire was the result of arson.
