A well-known local real-estate agent is in a fight of his life, again.

Dean Coleman has fought off lung cancer before, which ended up having a part of his right lung and diaphragm removed.

Recently, the Prince George man has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroendocrine Cancer and now has a large tumour on his liver.

GoFundMe set up for the family, which has already raised more than $25,000 in two days, describes the Colemans as fitness fanatics, which those who have participated in classes at the Movement Group Fitness Mecca would be no strangers to, as the couple are the faces of the gym.

"Dean, a well-respected realtor in town, and Janna, a fitness guru, have centered their and their family's lives around fitness and sharing their love of health and (move)ment with as many people as possible," the fundraiser reads.

"Sharing a deep love of fitness with their children through skiing (both water and down hill), surfing, working out and feeding their bodies with both food and (move)ment is the cornerstone of their lives."

In fact, Dean is so fit, the doctor who performed his biopsy had trouble getting to his liver because of his eight-pack.

"He fought [lung cancer] hard and came out even stronger. It really isn't fair that he has to fight again but if anyone is up to the challenge it is indeed Dean!"

With Dean having to fight cancer for the second time amid a global pandemic. the fundraiser has been set up to help lessen the financial burden the family will face.

"We all want to help ease the financial burden so they can focus on destroying the tumour and not worry about how to survive this and the pandemic that threatens their livelihood.

"The support and love for this family is astounding and we are all looking for ways to be there for them when they need us the most.  If you have $5 or $500 to give, it all adds up."

As of publication (Nov. 24), more than $26,500 has been raised.
