Property owners will soon have to pay all the bills for dealing with drug production operations, when they are found by authorities.
City council approved a new set of rules - the Controlled Substance Property Bylaw No. 8298, 2010 - that will put the cost of these scenes onto the owner. It gets enacted at the next council meeting.
