A "quiet, respectful" rally for all who are affected by provincial government cutbacks and tax increases will be held in front of Prince George-Valemount MLA Shirley Bond's office starting at noon on Friday.

More specifically, the rally is for college and university students, concerned parents of school children, all non-profit organizations and charities, seniors and people with disabilities and "all people who are hurting because of everything that has happened," say organizers.

Participants are encouraged to bring signs.

Bond's office is located downtown at 1350-Fifth Ave.
