A Prince George woman is now a new homeowner, courtesy of the Prince George Spruce Kings.
Raylene Lupul was announced today (May 29) as the winner of the 2020 Spruce Kings Show Home lottery at the site in Aberdeen Glen with the ticket number 5989.
The home for the 38th annual draw, located at 2783 Links Drive, was worth $730,000.

The 3,135 sq. ft. residence was built by Hopson Construction and fully furnished by Theory Hardware.
It includes four bedrooms, an office, four bathrooms, a two-vehicle garage and vaulted ceilings.
Thomas Laity, also of Prince George, was the winner of the Period Three Mega 50/50 draw and a guaranteed $50,000.
His winning ticket number of 2649.
All proceeds are going to financially support the 2019 Fred Page and Doyle Cup-champion Spruce Kings.
The two draws were initially scheduled for April 27, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the organizers pushed the deadline in hopes of gaining more participants.
All 11,000 tickets were sold out on the evening of May 11.
