A man was found dead on Highway 16 on Friday, Sept. 20 after an apparent hit-and-run.
Vanderhoof RCMP were called to the scene near Jardine Road east of the community at about 9:28 p.m. A pedestrian had been struck by a vehicle that did not remain at the scene.
Police ask witnesses or anyone with video footage to contact them at 250-649-4004.
