If you love spending time with loved ones and friends outside on your deck, patio or backyard, you may want to keep your eyes locked on the Prince George Hospice Dream Home Lottery's next early-bird prize.
The second of four secondary draws is set to provide one lucky participant with new patio furniture and a barbeque valued at $2,400.
On Friday (Aug. 28), Prince George's Decked Out is contributing to the community cause by giving away a swivel patio chair and couch set with pillows, along with a two-burner barbeque.
As of Monday (Aug. 24), the Prince George Hospice Society says 8,319 tickets have been sold for the $700,000 Dream Home equating to 75 per cent of the total, which means only 2,680 tickets are left for sale.
A winner will be selected on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24.
The two 50/50 jackpots also stand at $116,925 with only 2,646 tickets left and the draw dates earmarked for Sept. 25 and Dec. 18.
That means a pair of participants have the chance to take home up to $150,000.
The 2020 Dream Home, located at 3955 Larisa Ct. in the Nechako View Subdivision, features five bedrooms plus an office, four bathrooms, five brand-new appliances and about 3,390 sq. ft. of spacious modern living.
If you want to be entered to win the second early-bird prize, a $2,400 patio chair set and barbeque package, you have until Friday at noon to purchase tickets, which are $25 each for the 50/50 and $100 for the Dream Home.
