The elderly couple in a fight with the Canada Revenue Agency is no longer in danger of losing their home for the time being.
In response to a story in Tuesday's Citizen, a reader has loaned Victor and Laureen Jay enough money to cover all but one of the past-due mortgage payments on their home in the 1800 block of Ingledew Street.
