James Allen Prince, 55, of Prince George, was charged with two counts of sexual assault after two young females reported to RCMP they had been inappropriately touched by an older male at the Four Seasons pool Saturday at about 4:45 p.m.
Prince was held in custody and appeared before a Justice of the Peace. He was later released on a number of conditions including no contact with children under the age of 12 years and not to attend within 100 metres of any park, playground, school ground, swimming area, community recreation centre, library or any other place where children under the age of 12 can reasonably be expected to be present.
