The RoadShow, a B.C.-wide tour put together by B.C. Road Builders, is in Prince George for the next couple of days to offer people the chance to see what it's like to operate heavy equipment.
The touring attraction, housed in a 34-foot trailer, has four simulators with large screens and controls identical to those in big machinery to replicate what it's like to operate a plow, a loader, an excavator or a rock truck.
Simulations are also available to experience a day in the life of a heavy duty mechanic.
The Road Show was at P.G. Native Friendship Centre Thursday.
On Friday, find it at the Prince George Nechako Employment Training Association office at 198 Kingston St. from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on Saturday it will be at Downtown Summerfest at Veterans Plaza in front of city hall from 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
