A total of 20 charges have been approved against two men involved in an investigation involving violent rivals and the drug trade.
On Wednesday (Sept. 23), Prince George Mounties executed at a home on 400-block South Lyon Street, where several firearms, ammunition and a stun gun were seized.
Police called in the North District Emergency Response Team (ERT) for assistance as the incident was an 'extreme high risk' to the public.
The two men, who have now been charged, were taken into custody at the time.
The 21-year-old and 28-year-old suspects were well known to police and have a violent history.
Police announced today 20 charges between Thomas Joshua Roman and Jamie Wade Fatum have been approved.
Toman has been charged with:
- Careless storage of a firearm (Two counts)
- Possession of a firearm without a licence (Two counts)
- Possession of a firearm without authorization (Two counts)
- Fail to comply with undertaking (Three counts)
Fatum has been chared with:
- Careless storage of a firearm (Two counts)
- Possession of a firearm without a licence (Two counts)
- Possession of a firearm without authorization (Two counts)
- Possession of a firearm while prohibited (Two counts)
- Fail to comply with probation (Three counts)
Both men are scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 30.
