The provincial government needs to stop the "chronic underfunding" of institutions like Prince George's College of New Caledonia, said the head of the union representing over 10,000 instructors and educators across B.C.
Cindy Oliver, president of the Federation of Post-Secondary Educators of B.C., issued the call in Prince George. She is here to talk with CNC faculty about their collective agreement, which expired March 31.
