Prince George RCMP are asking for the public's help in their search for a man wanted on suspicion of committing several sex-related offences.
Michael Douglas Platt is described as 41 years old, Caucasian, 183 cm (6’0) tall and weighing 77kg (170 lbs) with blonde hair and green eyes and a tattoo of chains and skulls on his left arm.
Court records indicate a warrant for Platt's arrest was issued on Thurs., Sept. 1 after he failed to appear in court to answer to several charges including sexual assault, sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching, access to child pornography, possession of child pornography and breaching his court ordered conditions.
Platt is violent and should not be approached, police warn. Instead, if you see him, call 911 immediately.
