Prince George has joined the parade of B.C. communities breaking records for warm weather but the party looks like it might be over in the new year.
The high for Prince George was 8.7 C on Thursday, shattering the previous high of 7.0 C set in 1986, according to Environment Canada.
The predicted daytime high in Prince George for today, tomorrow and Sunday is 5 C for all three days, close to record highs, before falling to more seasonal temperatures as the calendar turns to 2024.
