The Prince George U13-Tier 2 Cougars tied the Smithers Storm Friday at the Prince George Minor Hockey Association U13 Tier 2 Tournament at Kin 1.
Teams from Williams Lake and Terrace rounded out the four-team tournament with Terrace placing first in the final standings.
In the U13 Tier 2 and 3 hockey league, Williams Lake U13 Tier 2 leads the standings with a perfect record of five wins in five games, with 10 points and a 1.000 points percentage. They scored 39 goals while conceding nine, resulting in a +30 goal difference and averaging 7.80 goals per game.
Terrace MHA (3) U13 Tier 3 ranks second with two wins, two losses, and one tie, earning five points and a .500 points percentage. They scored 12 goals and allowed 21, with a -9 goal difference, averaging 2.40 goals per game and 4.20 against.
Prince George MHA U13 Cougars T2 holds third place with a record of no wins, one loss and two ties, totalling three points and a .375 points percentage. They scored 13 goals, gave up 19 and have a -6 goal difference, averaging 3.25 goals per game.
Smithers MHA (3) U13 Tier 3 – Full Force is in fourth with zero wins, three losses and one tie, earning one point and a .125 points percentage. They scored 14 goals and allowed 29, resulting in a -15 goal difference, averaging 3.50 goals per game and 7.25 against.
