Dahms rink falters in Prince Rupert

The Prince George skip lost both of his games Thursday to drop to 2-4 at the eight-team tournament in Prince Rupert.

Dahms lost 10-4 in eight ends to Dylan Somerton of White Rock in the morning draw, then dropped a 9-2 eight-end decision to Ken McHargue of Sparwood in the evening draw.

Dahms and his team of third Blaine Richards, second Ron Vanderstar and lead Courtney Walch finish out the round-robin today against Tom Buchy of Kimberley.

Doug Marshall of Chilliwack knocked off Somerton 12-4 Thursday night to improve to 5-1 atop the standings. Wes Craig of Duncan and Somerton are tied for second with 3-3 records and meet each other on the ice this morning.
