Prince George and area high school junior teams and the PG Kodiaks high school junior team, made up of players from schools without a football program this year, got together at Masich Place stadium Wednesday evening for a scrimmage night. The four teams all played two games using half the field for each game.
For many players it was the first time they were able to compete in a high school football game and it gave coaches a chance to work with their lines and individuals to get them ready for the upcoming season. Many teams were without set rosters yet and players were swapped from position to position to help find the best fit and to insure that everyone got a chance to play.
Check with participating schools for the schedule for upcoming games.
