The UNBC Timberwolves and UBC Thunderbirds met on the court at Northern Sport Centre on Saturday night in the second game of their weekend doubleheader.
The Timberwolves defenders were unable to keep Thunderbirds offense under control and UBC took this game by a score of 80-62.
Keylyn Filewich led the way for the Thunderbirds with 24 points while Madison Landry was the top scorer for UNBC with 22 points.
With the loss the Timberwolves record falls to 2-4 while UBC sits at 3-3.
