Tickets are now on sale for the 10th annual Timberwolves Legacy Night, featuring keynote speaker Brian Burke.
It happens at the Prince George Civic Centre, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
“I’m very excited to invite you to join me on Thursday, Nov. 21 in beautiful Prince George for the UNBC Timberwolves Legacy Night. It’ll be a great time,” said Burke, a Stanley Cup champion, bestselling author, television personality, community activist and longtime hockey executive at the National Hockey League, Professional Women’s Hockey League and international levels.
Since its inception, the UNBC Legacy Night has helped raise more than $740,000 with 100 per cent of proceeds directly supporting scholarships and bursaries for UNBC student-athletes.
Previous keynote Legacy speakers have included Hayley Wickenheiser, Mike “Pinball” Clemons, Theo Fleury, Michael Landsberg, Kady Dandeneau, Jon Cooper, Kaleb Dahlgren and Chantelle and Warren Grafton
