I'm concerned about the number of people in this town who should take the driving test again. If I remember correctly, it is against the law to pass on the right-hand side.
I was a witness to six people passing a van on the right hand side when the van stopped to let someone walk across the road on Carney at Second Avenue (the crosswalk).
I have seen numerous almost accidents due to people passing on the right because cars stopped to let people turn off of Carney. If you are in that much of a hurry maybe leave a few minutes before, or don't drive. When are these people going to stop? When someone gets hurt. Why wait for that?
