The arrogance/negligence of CN Rail never ceases to amaze.
These were the same folks who brought us the burning Fraser while denying that any pollutants escaped into the river.
It is not enough that CN does not raise this kind of dust during air quality advisories - they must not do this ever without dust suppression.
For too many years CN Rail has thumbed its corporate nose at the residents of P.G. If jurisdiction is federal, then where are Mr. Hill and Mr. Harris? Don't they glance at the P.G. Citizen now and then to get a bit of local news? Or maybe they think their seats are so secure that it does not matter.
