Bike racks wanted

It's Bike-to-work week in British Columbia and according to the Bike-to-Work-BC website, 56 workplace teams have signed up to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and are using their bikes to get to work in Prince George. This includes an impressive six teams from the City of Prince George. Such participation suggests some level of support from our local government and indeed posters advertising the event are prominently displayed at the Service Centre at City Hall. There is, however, one thing missing - there are no bike racks at City Hall. Bike commuters are told that there used to be bike-racks there. Shouldn't the City of Prince George support those who choose to leave their cars at home, and, at the very least, provide bike racks at all civic facilities and buildings in the city of Prince George?
