Perfect, finally, just what the city needs, 40 to 60 condos downtown. Oh wait, it's for seniors. With all due respect to seniors, these are not the people we need in our downtown.
We need a living space downtown, with a community of residents who are willing to brave the streets to patronize businesses in the downtown core, not sit inside their brand new, second to sixth floor condos, 19 to 20 hours a day, and occasionally go downstairs to visit the retailers who are selling senior-focused goods.
Just another cash grab for a developer trying to make a buck.
