These students are wiser than their professor by not seeking to gain publicity for their views. They are still in jeopardy, not just in court but on questions about their initial entry to the U.S. for their protest. Even if they are cleared of all charges in court, they could still have difficulties in the future. So it would wiser not to prod our southern neighbours with publicity-seeking comments.
