Grow up, Citizen youngsters

So The Citizen staff thinks that someone who is 68 years old should be referred to as elderly or a codger, as reported in the Tuesday Citizen about a 68-year-old man? Think again, you youngsters.

Think again, you youngsters.

My sister-in-law who is over 60 ran 18 kilometres on Saturday. I walk four-five km a day and I am over 65 years young.

Then I ride my bike several kilometres. Just go down to the seniors centre on Brunswick and try to keep up with some of them.

Elderly indeed! Your ageism is showing.
