I was curious about the misleading headline on the Nelson Bennett article, which pointed out BC Hydro's low expectations of profitability for Site C for its first 70 years of operation, and the liability this creates for BC taxpayers and ratepayers.
Is there some reason why The Citizen headline read: "Site C to pay for itself over 70 years"?
Obviously, that completely contradicts what the article states.
