Imagine the temerity of a member of the public, probably a woman, walking into the RCMP Detachment with allegations of harassment against Dahl Chambers, then Supt. RCMP.
What about going to City Hall? Not very darned likely. They are in a conflict of interest because of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
There needs to be a public inquiry into this affair. Also, changes to the act so as not to interfere with the administration of justice.
