This is in follow up to our letter published in the Citizen regarding "City staff unhelpful answering questions.”
We wish to make the citizens of Prince George aware of the prompt response we received from Mayor Simon Yu regarding the above issue.
He spoke to us personally and was very helpful in ensuring we received the information required to provide comments on the new subdivision planned for the Hart.
We also received several phone calls with apologies from the staff at Development Services.
These people need to be aware that we are very appreciative of their continued involvement and helpfulness.
It is satisfying to know that the general public of Prince George can be involved in significant issues when they make the effort to participate.
Thanks again to the mayor and city employees.
