I wanted to acknowledge a fantastic organization called Northern B.C. Friends of Children Society.
At the beginning of May my step-son had to be sent to Vancouver for emergency medical treatment. I had heard of this great organization that helps families with the cost of living while trying to deal with the scary situation of having a gravely ill child.
After talking to a man named Kelly Sharp, a lot of our financial questions were answered and he offered assistance.
Thank you Kelly and the Northern B.C. Friends of Children Society, you helped us deal with this extremely stressful situation in a manner that we will be forever grateful.
