Not only is the city wasting money in the snow budget needlessly hauling away a foot or two of the snow berms along our residential streets, they apparently feel the need to do this at 9:30 till almost 10 p.m. in my neighborhood.
When I looked out the window to see what was making that ungodly racket, I was astonished to see the front-end loader's bucket was actually shooting sparks from being dragged along the bare pavement, the vibrations and noise waking us up.
We taxpayers need our sleep so we can go to work to make money to pay for this madness!
