Several times I have applauded the service of one of our restaurants in Prince George, namely the Rockford Bar and Grill.
The latest experience warranted written accolades.
My mother, on a salt-free diet became quite ill with a gastrointestinal flu. I ordered salt free chicken noodle soup which they willingly prepared, substituting rice rather than their noodles which retained sodium.
I am very grateful for the numerous meals they have prepared for her in always such a warm, courteous, caring manner.
