Well Mr. Skakun, you were found guilty in a court of law on releasing confidential information, even though you already admitted to it in your court hearing. I was wondering if you can re-publish your personal snow phone number again so concerned taxpayers can call to find out what the city's legal bill was to protect us from lawsuits in the release of this confidential information.
And to think you requested the city cover your legal bills too. That is a lot of potholes that could have been filled. Time for you to resign immediately as you can no longer be trusted with confidential city information.
