Taxes hard at work

I wonder how many florins, lupins, centagons or dollars that it cost the city to wet down and sweep my street today. The bucks may have been better spent filling the whoop-d-do's at the top of our road.

I wonder how many florins, lupins, centagons or dollars that it cost the city to wet down and sweep my street today. The bucks may have been better spent filling the whoop-d-do's at the top of our road. Don't get me wrong, I like that we have to slow to a crawl in order to reach our driveways (kids and cats and dogs) and you guys do a "bang-up" job when the snow flies but I have to replace the shocks on my tin can (again). A couple of grand where it counts would seem to be my taxes at work.
