On behalf of the Railway and Forestry Museum, I would like to thank everyone who participated in making our annual charity garage sale a success. We offered free admission with a donation to the Prince George Salvation Army food bank and the generous citizens of Prince George donated over 16 boxes of food as well as cash. I would like to thank the City of Prince George and Commonwealth Financial for allowing us to rescue items from the Prince George Hotel for our garage sale. I would also like to thank the numerous volunteers including those from the Rotary Club of Prince George Nechako and the Prince George Central Lions Club.
The community spirit in Prince George is alive and well.
