Something to think about.
Hitler conned the masses into believing his dogma. He and his minions, generally high military officials and related sadists, put the people of Germany in a state of frenzy. He persecuted Jews and other minorities with impunity. He did not care what it took as long as the end justified the means.
Now sit back and take a look at Trump. When this person assumes power, there will be no stopping him. He is surrounding himself with hawks and political vultures who will stop at nothing. Already we've seen the dimwit deplorable population accept the gibberish of this man. He appealed the base interests of these people and now we have more racially incited violence than ever before.
He is nothing more than a snake-oil salesman. He has conned the population into believing that he is their new messiah. It can only be hoped that more cooler heads prevail or we will be dragged into a mess in which there will be no escape.
He says he's for the middle class but I'll bet he's never had a blister or callous on his hands. His daddy set him up with a million dollars and he parlayed that into a fortune with bluster and subterfuge. He reminds me of the egomaniac with the funny haircut and tiny mustache. If he intends to run the government of the U.S. like a business, God help the unfortunates who cannot afford to participate. He is vindictive and self-centred. If you don't agree with him, you will be left out of the loop. He believes only what he wants to hear and accepts no other opinions.
Whether he can change the status quo or not remains to be seen. There are too many people in high places in his country who will not let it happen. He has not foreseen the wrath of those that he will be crossing with his policies. He always claimed if he lost, he would say the election was rigged. Now that he's a winner, everything is just fine. Talk about ego tripping. This man has not one ounce of humility. All I can say to the people that elected him is watch your back. Some of the lawmakers in his government are slowly realizing they have a monster in their midst. It's not going to be easy to cut down the beanstalk.
