Well how about that - up go our taxes again and yet we have some of the worst streets in B.C., so where is all this money going to be used?
As I see it we should cut some of the fat at City Hall and then maybe they wouldn't have to pick our pockets for every last bit of change we have.
It is just too much with the city and the province and the federals taking every cent we have. I guess we will have to go back to gas lamps, wood heat and the old horse and buggy as that is all we will be able to afford if we are lucky.
After all we don't have that nice pension these people will get when they get kicked to the curb.
Maybe we should cancel all these perks and see how long they want to serve us then, if there is no big golden handshake for them.
