Schools in India and Prince George will benefit from a fundraiser held at the Civic Centre Saturday.
The Taste of India offered patrons the opportunity to have their hands painted with henna, watch the big line up of entertainers, try their luck at the silent and live auction, as well as have an authentic dinner. More than 500 people attended the event with about $20,000 raised.
