Fourwinds Crossing, the second rental building operated by Broadstreet Properties in Prince George, opens on March 1, and there are still apartments available for rent.
“Prince George continues to grow and is a hub for northern B.C., so we saw the potential in investing in this community. This proved true with the success of our first building, O’Grady Heights,” Broadstreet marketing and communications manager, Chris Thompson, says. “We always strive to find locations that are convenient for tenants and are close to all the amenities, and Fourwinds Crossing is so central that residents won’t even need a car to get around.”
The new apartment building is located on Recplace Drive, just a short walk to Pine Centre Mall.
“There are many different floor plans, depending on what people are looking for,” Thompson says.
Fourwinds Crossing offers 1, 2, and 3-bedroom, pet-friendly, spacious suites for rent, featuring in-suite laundry, full-size appliances and even large walk-in closets in some suites.
Additional amenities include a dog run, a convenient dog wash station and a community garden for the family. Parking spaces are also available for rent.
“We hope people take advantage of the opportunity to grow fresh fruits, vegetables and flowers in the community garden,” Thompson says.
Residents of Fourwinds also have convenient access to on-site management and maintenance, as well as its 24/7 client services team available online.
“Tenants can reach us at any time. We are proud to directly employ our client services team, who is based out of our home office in B.C. Tenants are never without someone to talk to if they have an issue with their home,” Thompson says.
Creating a client-focused rental experience is one of Broadstreet’s guiding principles.
“Fourwinds offers a reasonably priced mix of modern apartments, but at the end of the day where we stand out is our great service. That’s one of the key tenets of Broadstreet Properties,” Thompson says. “A little bit of customer service can go a long way. We’re focused on our tenants, and we make sure we’re as accessible as possible.”
Broadstreet Properties is a B.C.-based business that has been in operation for over 35 years. As a family-owned and operated organization, it holds its family values close to its business practices.
Broadstreet works hand-in-hand with Seymour Pacific Developments to develop, build, own and manage over 11,000 apartment and townhome units across Central and Western Canada. The two companies work to accomplish a shared goal: to create value for tenants, employees and the communities they serve.
Together, the two companies strive to create the best rental communities from dirt to door.
“Good, quality rental accommodation is needed all over the country, and we see demand in every market, especially B.C.,” Thompson says. “Prince George’s rental market has been underserved for a long time, and we are excited to be part of this growing community.”
For those interested in learning more about apartments at Fourwinds Crossing, there is a comprehensive virtual tour on the building’s website, as well as photos and floorplans. Broadstreet plans to open a show suite in the future once it’s safer to do so.
“We know not everyone is keen on checking out show suites in person right now, which is why we’ve built a great website to make it accessible for everyone no matter their comfort level,” Thompson says.
