The top three are still this $39.9 million Chartwell house, followed in joint second place by Michelle Pfeiffer’s remote B.C. log mansion retreat and this sprawling Surrey home, both $28.8 million.
The newly listed Marine Drive property was valued by B.C. Assessment in July 2017 at $11,433,000, and property taxes in 2018 were $26,563.45.
