Back in the spotlight will be the kids marathon, main stage entertainment, activity zone and road race.

Healthy Kids Day is a national event established to encourage children and families to embrace healthy habits that will endure their entire lives. The free community event focuses on fun, activities, practical information, and ways to be healthier in spirit, mind and body.

Children who are at a normal weight level through active lifestyles and healthy eating have far less chance of developing silent killers like diabetes and heart disease during their lives.
