A robbery that took place in Prince George a month ago has Mounties now asking the public for help in finding a potential suspect.
According to a release this morning (March 18), police are looking for a man they believe is responsible for a theft from an electronics store in the Peden Hill area on Feb. 19.
RCMP responded to reports that evening from the Walls Avenue business.
A single suspect took $5,000 worth of merchandise, including a laptop, drone and a cell phone, and fled in a silver sedan before police were called.
As results in finding the suspect have come up negative until now, Prince George residents are being asked to help identify a man captured on surveillance footage.
He is described as:
- South Asian
- Approximately 25 years old
- Dark hair with trimmed beard and mustache
- Two piercings in each ear
- Wearing:
- Grey and black jacket
- White 'Under Armour" brand ball cap
- Jeans
- Red, white & black high top runners
