At approximately 11 a.m. RCMP got a report of two male suspects breaking into vehicles in the Hart near the intersection of Monterey Road and Highway 97.
"Two suspects fled into the bush," said Cpl. Craig Douglass. "We've got a dog on the ground and a plane in the air."
A 27-year-old local man who is on the prolific offender list was found and arrested. The search for the other suspect was called off at about 2:30 p.m.
