Burns Lake RCMP need the public’s help finding a man who frequently travels from the Village to Houston and Prince George on a semi-regular basis.
Gary Alec Junior is wanted for various offences including sexual assault, assault, break and enter, uttering threats, and willfully resisting/obstructing a peace officer.
He also has multiple accounts of failing to comply with a probation order.
Police say it is also believed that there may be people helping him avoid the police.
They add despite dozens of curfew checks, extensive neighbourhood enquiries, and numerous investigational techniques, police have had no interaction with Junior since Sept. 2018.
He is described as:
- Indigenous
- 173 cm (5’8")
- 82 kg (181 pounds)
- Black hair
- Brown eyes
Police say if you see Junior, do not confront him and contact your local RCMP or police force.
